I am giving 3 stars cause out of the 3 times I've visited this location the first two experiences were positive. However, yesterday morning was some of possibly the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Playing devils advocate for April I was kind of an annoying customer I forgot the item number of my hot tub filter so I brought the used one in so that she could see the filter and grab me another and I forgot the brand name of my hot tub. That being said upon showing her the filter she immediately said it doesn't look like a filter we carry. I told her I bought it here last time and within a walk to the back of the filter section she found the exact filter. Then I had told her that unfortunately my wife had thrown out the plug for the water drainage spout and that I needed to get another one. She said no we can't sell you that cause you don't know what model you have...I again told her that I had bought one at this location last time and what do you know she sold me one. I mean I get it yall had a 60 dollar sale it isn't keeping the doors open but I like to support brick and mortar stores after this if ya'll don't like my money I guess I'll help Bezos with the wifi on his yacht next month.

Recently purchased my second hot tub from Zack and his crew and had an exceedingly wonderful experience as I expected.2 years ago I bought my first tub from this location for an income property I have in Tahoe, and to my excitement Zack is still at this location and helped me buy a second tub for another property I just bought on the lake. My first tub, an 8 foot American Whirlpool tub has worked flawlessly for the last two years, including during last years storms, and I’m excited to see how my new tub will perform at my new property!Thanks Zack!

Hot tub was delivered as we needed it and Zach came by last evening and gave us all the info we needed to run it properly. Great service and very happy with our purchase. My wife has had back issues and has not needed any meds since we started using the hot tub.
